Paul Eldridge; gets paid by the N.V.U.S.D. He also uses the School trucks for
his own personal use. I cannot watch him 24/7! Richard takes home school desk,
chairs, tables, lumber, water sprinklers and excreta... Then he sells it and
stores it at his residence at 554 Monroe Street Napa 94559. Richard needs to be
FIRED!
I can remember
the first encounter with Richard; this is what had happened back in the mid 80’s.
One night I heard some noise next door and I looked out my window and seen two
men trying to steal gasoline from our vehicles’! My father, my brother Rudy
Garcia and I went outside to confront the thief’s! Rudy seen the driver Richard
Eldridge sitting in a car; he was on look out! My brother ran across the street
and hit Richard in the face several times mean while my father Rudolph Garcia
and I took off running after the two other men as we got closer they seen us
coming then they took off running!
